Turn DMs into your next customer.
Practical playbooks for enquiries, sales and team hand-over on Instagram and WhatsApp, with the messages to send, word for word.
Selling · 7 minAnswer Shopify product questions in Instagram and WhatsAppConnect Shopify from InsideDM, review the imported products and any manual edits, then test price, variant and unavailable-item questions on each connected channel before relying on the replies.Read the playbook
Your agents · 6 minChoose Instagram and WhatsApp agents: a buyer’s guideChoose three jobs your business needs done, test the same conversations with each option and record what actually happens. Check account access, answer quality, human control, the complete bill and how you can leave before deciding.Read the playbook
Selling · 6 minQualify Instagram and WhatsApp leads without an interrogationAnswer what the person asked before collecting details. Ask only the questions that change your next step, record what they already told you and give one teammate responsibility for the reply.Read the playbook
Your agents · 7 minWhen your agent should hand the chat to youKeep money going back, complaints, custom or bulk orders and anything that needs your judgement; have your agent say one honest line and stop; approve what sits in between; and when you take over, read the chat, use your name and make the decision she was waiting for.Read the playbook
Selling · 6 minCut cash-on-delivery returns before they shipConfirm every cash-on-delivery order in the chat before you pack it, check the address and phone number while the customer is still talking to you, make paying upfront the easier choice, and ship quickly with a clear message about the amount to keep ready.Read the playbook
WhatsApp · 6 minWhatsApp offers people actually openMessage only people who said yes to offers on WhatsApp, write one offer per message in a template Meta has approved, send when you can answer the replies, and let anyone stop with one word.Read the playbook
Payments · 7 minGetting paid in the chat, the right wayConfirm the whole order in one message, then send a single payment link for that exact amount from your payment gateway, never ask for card details or a PIN in the chat, and confirm in the same chat — with the amount and order number — the moment the money arrives.Read the playbook
Growth · 6 minTurn a first order into a regularThank her and say what happens next, check in after delivery, ask for a review only once she’s happy, give her a reason to come back, and send the next offer when it fits what she bought — and only if she said yes to offers.Read the playbook
Selling · 6 minFive DMs you should never leave unansweredAnswer questions about price, stock and delivery first, because they come from people ready to buy, and treat “where is my order?” and anything upset as urgent, because they decide whether a customer comes back.Read the playbook
Selling · 7 minPlan a drop that sells out in the DMsDecide stock, price, the limit per person and how payment works before you announce anything, gather the people who asked to hear, and on the day give every customer the same facts and count a piece as sold only once it’s paid.Read the playbook
Instagram · 7 minInstagram comment replies that lead to ordersReply to every buying comment with one warm line on the post, then message the person privately with the real answer — price, size, stock and delivery — and take the order in that same chat.Read the playbook
